Correct me if I'm wrong but didn't some the pre-release information on the romance mechanic state you could casually flirt with any squad member you wanted and there was a different dialogue option if you wanted a more serious relationship (don't remember were I read this).
With Cora, it is indeed when you go to the garden on Eos and get the option to kiss her - you can actually get there even after she gets snarky with you about Peebee (I did exactly that with my first playthough).
The Drack option happens after you get into that bar fight on Kadara - a little later there will be a romance option where you ask if that was some kind of dating ritual and he says some thing like, na ... there would be more bodies ...
- Well right now I think I've got the romance figured out basically what I'm planning to do is to romance one person at a time with separate save files so I'm basically doing all of the loyalty missions anything that I can do before I Romance particular character I've also found that this romance mechanic is awfully like mass effect 2 in a way regards to how you go about things romantic side you can flirt with characters and then At can decide who you want to romance long-term if there was a way I would definitely give my feedback on how the romance mechanic can be improved because I feel that this games mechanics not just romance but all other mechanics such as dialogue choices combat can be improved more help make my experience and all other fans experience in this game much better
