Running Andromeda through the exe says Origin needs installed, even though it is

When trying to boot up Andromeda from its installed file folder, it will start loading and then get an error saying that Origin is required to play this game, even though Origin is logged in and running. Starting from Origin works fine but I need to get the .exe to load in order for the mod loader to work. I dont understand why the exe isnt connecting to Origin or cant see that its currently running. Ive been looking for a solution now for 2 days and that im actually having to make a post for help is a big indicator when ive finally hit a wall on trying to find a solution.

    Please clear your temp files:

    • Press the Windows key and "R" at the same time
    • Into the new window, type or copy & paste:  "%temp%"   (Without the quotes.) > hit "ENTER"
    • Now your Windows Explorer should have brought you to the "C:\Users\>your user name<\AppData\Local\Temp" folder. > Delete all files and folders in it.
(If some files or folders can't be deleted, reboot and try again.)

    Then:

Try to clear your Origin cache.
All settings in Origin (only in Origin not in the games) are back to default settings after this.

    • Close Origin completely.
(right click on the Origin symbol in the task bar > close)
    • Press the Windows key and "R" at the same time.
    • Type or copy and paste "%ProgramData%/Origin" (without quotes) into the new window > hit ENTER
    • Delete all the files and folders in the Origin folder, except for the "LocalContent" folder.
(The "LocalContent" folder must remain untouched.)
    • Delete the "Mass Effect Andromeda" folder inside the "LocalContent" folder.
    • Press the Windows key and "R" at the same time.
    • Type or copy and paste "%AppData%" (without quotes) into the new window > hit ENTER
    • Now your Windows explorer should have brought you to your "C:\Users\>your user name<\AppData\Roaming" folder.
    • Delete the "Origin"  folder inside the "Roaming" folder.
    • In the address bar of your Windows explorer click on "AppData".
    • Open the "Local" folder.
    • Delete the "Origin"  folder inside the  "Local" folder.
    • Restart your PC. > Log in online for the first time > test offline.

Didnt work, did it twice even in case I missed something before, did the complete uninstall of origin, went through regedit process and reinstalled. Deleted the exe for ME: A and had Origin reinstall them. Something is broken between when the exe launches not detecting that Origin is both installed and running. I would be perfectly happy to not have Origin at all, not like the game is going to be getting updates anytime soon.

Tried that too, tried running everything administrator mode. Just finished redownloading everything from scratch and same result.

Make sure Origin in game is disabled.

look at this guide. to preform a clean uninstall of Origin.

    • Scroll down to "How to uninstall the Origin client the hard way"
    • Follow the instructions to the letter.
    • reboot.
    • Download this version of the "OriginSetup.exe"
    • Run the installer as Administrator (Right click the "OriginSetup.exe" > Run as an Administrator) > Test.
