I've completed every quest, besides some of the additional tasks, on Andromeda besides Ryder Family Secrets. For some reason no matter what I've tried it stays "on hold" so I can't progress it and finish that quest. Also the game won't let me visit the Hyperion or SAM node for some reason.

Yeah, you have 4 memories, and at least 3 you get with those shards spread around our worlds. The fourth requires a bit of work, but it also requires the full Hyperion quarters to visit, which you will not be able to after the game's ending. You could try on another save game or then you try again in a new game.

The problem I have is that every time I've attempted to visit it it won't let me.(ever since I completed the main story) It only allows me to go to Nexus operations for some reason. And I completed the main story about 10hrs of gameplay ago.

Ok Disclaimer I have never done this after the end of the main story line, typically I would have completed it way before so these are the steps I would go through:

1) get the memory shards, as it unlocks memories, listen to them. They will then talk about the benefactor. Then you will get a lead to investigate Jien Garsen's death. Go to her home(near PeeBee's apartment, search her room and you will find that she's been murdered. She will then have a secret room in there, go inside, you will be able to find another hint in there to go to the cultural center, speak to her VI in the cultural centre and she will give you a password. That should unlock your last memory block. Hope it works.

Come to think of it.... if you complete the final mission... Cryo shouldnt be available/accessible... Think you are locked out man...

It won't let me go to SAM node to listen to the memories. I can only go to Nexus operations and docking on my save.

I've been able to listen to 2 memories so far. The illness one and the family gathering.

I dont think it's a bug, I think you are locked out of the mission due to the story progression... Need to go back a couple of saves...

I decided to reload an older save point and it's working now, thanks for the help

Did you talk to Jian's hologram? Doesn't it have a password?

Think he's locked out of it. After the hyperion reached meridian, the cryo bay is no longer accessible and you need that area to complete the quest.
