I have the same issue where Sam is constantly telling me I have new emails everytime I return to the tempest.. or kallo is asking to speak with me or even lexi saying she needs to chat in med bay but when I check all they never have anything new to say.. I've finished everything that is not bugged so this is alittle annoying to say the least. Hopefully it's patched or something at some stage in the near future

Part of that is a different bug, greyed out dialogue choices when they do have something different to say. Both of their crew assessments change some over time and with choice of romantic involvement.
