I've been getting these extremely annoying shadow stripes on characters in ME3. Cutscenes seem to be fine but general gameplay, especially in social hub areas like the Normandy and Citadel, almost every character has it to some degree or other and it really just grinds my gears. Check the attached screenshots to see what I mean. I haven't really found anything on how to deal with this issue and I was hoping that someone could point out a possible fix. I have modded my game with ALOT along with a few more texture mods as well as with ME3 Graphics Tweaks and Lights and Effects. I have not yet tried to uninstall those mods and I would rather avoid doing so if possible. If anyone can point out any .ini tweaks or what have you that may address this problem I would be very grateful. Thank You.
Did you tried to disable "Dynamic Shadows" in the in game settings?

Just tried and it did get rid of the issue, so it definitely seems to be the culprit. However I'm not a fan of no one having a shadow in my game. Is there any way to tweak the dynamic shadow settings in order to fix this? Sorry if I'm too demanding haha.

No, not at all. 😉
This post at Nexus shows how to edit shadows in ME3.
I don't know which one (if any) of the solutions mentioned there will help you with this problem. It depends not only on the shadow and LOD values, but also on your graphics hardware and drivers.
