Shepard gets stuck facing one direction

While playing in ME1 and seen it happen in ME2 sometimes I will get it so Shepard is stuck facing one direction and will not respond to turns and will not go into cover. If I have my screen technically turned all the way around it will have Shepard literally shoot stuff behind her, so I think it is mostly a graphical issue. Will also have her technically run backwards while this is going on, and does make it a bit hard to navigate while stuck like this.&nbsp; Usually lasting a minute or two and correcting its self. Anyone else having this issue?

Yes, it happened to me on Haestrom last night in ME2. Shepard was stuck in a half turn, and the way she was facing was the way she insisted on running, which was extremely awkward. Firing her weapon had shotgun pellets coming out of her back. It looked hilarious, but became annoying. A reload fixed it though. I have no idea why it happened.
