Slow Downloading special with DLC

Hello. I have some problem here. I bought mass effect 3. When I download them, the download speed is about 70-150KB/s at afternoon until almost midnight. But about 1-7AM, the speed for download mass efect 3 is about 1.0-1.2MB/s. It dissapointed to me for downloading the game in the time that i used to sleep. However, after download the game is done, i continue to download the DLC (about2.00AM). The speed for download DLC is very slow, it's about 20kb/s and the size of dlc is about 400+MB. I would like to recieve the answer for boost download speed for my Origin Game and DLC.

Actually, i play Origin with 2 area with different internet carrier.

First place is home(Bangkok, Thailand). The speed is my internet about 10MB/S

and Anotherplace is my dorm(Samutprakarn, Thailand) My speed from internet carrier is 10MB/s as well.

In the difference 2 area have the same problem. I guess you may have to improve your Downloading system or anyway to increase downloading speed for game and dlc for the customer convenient and satisfy.                        I don't want wo make the compare, but i use Steam to download the game in the afternoon. the Steam Download speed is going to about 1.5MB/S
