Sometime can't use power in ME3 Legendary Edition

Loved the legendary edition so far played ME1 than carried my saved to ME2 and now ME3.

Now in ME3 there seem to be a problem. Sometime when your fighting the powerwheel won't work at all. I can bring up the powerwheel but i can't click on any of the power. I heard this was a problem with the original ME3 aswell. There dosen't seem to be any solution apart of loading a saved. Can this be fix on the legendary edition please.
