Sound bug

From what I see in your DxDiag you use your Acer Nitro XZ2 Monitor Speakers over Displayport and you CORSAIR VOID ELITE Headset over its wireless dongle, is that right? 

And the Corsair headset is working? 

The DxDiag shows repeated "VIDEO_ENGINE_TIMEOUT_DETECTED" errors. But that is a graphic system error that means that the video engine wasn't responding it a from the OS set time frame and therefore the OS reseted the Graphic driver. (Which would result in a game crash.)  

That shouldn't cause the problem you're having, but it would be interesting if you were only having problems with the monitor speakers. 

I can get sound on my head phones but thats it

All sound is gone? Its completely quiet? 

What Audio hardware do you have.

A DxDiag is an overview of your PCs technical features and recent software errors.
There is no personal info in it expect for the “Machine name” in the second row.
(You might delete the “Machine name” and “Machine Id” line if you wish too.)

How to create a DxDiag:

1. Press the Windows key and "R" at the same time.
2. Copy and past or type "DxDiag" in the new field. (Without the quotes) > ENTER
3. Wait until the green bar is gone > Click on "Save all information"
4. Save the file to your desktop.
5. Here at EA Forum > Click Replay > Click the paper clip icon at the bottom of the replay Window.
6. Navigate to the "DxDiag.txt" on your desktop > select the "DxDiag.txt" > click on "Open".
7. Reply.
