Sound Sync Issue in cutscenes ME:LE (Seems to be worst in ME2)

Try to repair the game.


(Origin > Game Library > right click MELE > Repair)
(Steam > Game Library > right click at MELE > Properties > Local Files > Verify integrity of game files.)

If that don't helps, did you play with v-sync enabled? If not try.

    Than it would be best to anwser @EA_Atic's question about  surround setup and audio hardware.
