Soundtrack

I have the regular edition for Mass Effect 3, which I have been playing on PS3, and I just bought Mass Effect 3 Collector's Edition (PS3 as well) to get all the extra goodies, but I am not able to download the soundtrack. The music is great and I was really disappointed when the message tells me that it does not recognize that I have the collector's edition. It gives me the in-game goods such as the hoodie, weapons and robot dog, but not the music download. I followed all the instructions on the Bioware Social site, I tried to uninstalling then reinstalling the game and all the DLC; I've also redeemed the collector's edition code several times, but still nothing. Can anyone help me out?

No, this is the message that comes up.

--You don't seem to be a registered owner of the Collector's Edition or Digital Deluxe version of Mass Effect 3. If you feel this to be in error, please try the following.

X360/PS3: Launch the game and log in to the Alliance Network using your Origin Account (EA). You will then need to redeem your Collector's Edition Online Pass to be registered as an owner of the Collector's Edition.--

I've tried everything I can think of, but it just doesn't want to unlock it for me.
