Well first off if you do no like any of the enemies maybe you are playing the wrong game. I hear The Sims is nice if you don't like combat. Overall I think you got most of it backwards.
Observer clipping and general hit box adjustments aside you need their beam port to be open for a critical hit. Free-floating mobs tend to bob if they are not on a "track" and it is better that way. Observers are my favorite Remnant enemy in multiplayer. They push you in and out of cover. They snipe lanes and rush corners. They are not static combatants and are resistant to crowd control. A well rounded enemy for interesting fighting.
Assemblers sit back and are accurate because they lack rate of fire as well as producing their own unit for pressing and flanking you to give them cover superiority. Clearly the Assemblers form, function and weak point dictate that it is meant for entrenchment at mid to long range.
Breachers are the "attack dog unit". Locking you down and harassing you then turning aggressive and even sacrificing themselves is their job. Each faction has them and they further prevent you from just camping with impunity. If you read or watched anything on this game before release the developers wanted fluid and highly mobile combat. I hear duck hunts nice if you want to camp.
Nullifiers are basically artillery and snipers rolled into one. You think shooting through a is wall stupid? Projectiles with sufficient velocity and force in real life can do why not in a game. "But its made of energy" I hear you say. My reply is that you need more sci-fi in you're life. Some basic Star-Trek or Stargate will inform you on concepts such as phasing and molecular disruption. Mass Effect is a sci-fi game you know. The same goes for its tracking scanner. We have tech that allows for tracking through walls. Thermal, sound, heartbeats there all kinds. So an advanced tech race would have the ability too and much more refined. As for the shield stack, I find it to be an interesting obstacle to overcome. An enemy phalanx requires some on the fly tactics especially if your class is not quite equipped for it forcing you to improvise. As for them melee'ing you . . . duh? Hand to hand is fundamental when you close the gap. Its why soldiers still carry knives. If you pick a fight with two guys they are both going to punch.
Destroyers are walking power cores so high shield generation over light armor is obvious and logical. The massive amount of fire power with incredible rate of fire is why it has a crippling weak point. There has to be a reasonable trade off. The exposed core is only open intermittently and the armor is fair when closed or attacked peripherally. You also generally have to peel the layers before you get to the easy, cobras aside. Disarm, drop shields and wait for opening. What you see as flaws is actually variables. Are you a melee class? Are you leaned more towards anti armor with weak anti shield? Should you spend that cobra now or save it? If I run will the shields regenerate before I can re-engage? etc.
As for your take on the breachers I refer you back to the "attack dog class". As for them attacking out of the blue I would say that is more a lack of situational awareness. You need work on your battlefield senses.

Not interested in troll attempts to belittle my gameplay. I score 40k+ on DGLFT missions, and I have seen/read more sci-fi than you have had hot dinners. Your entire post is worthless.

I may have poked fun with The Sims and Duck Hunt jokes but the overall body of my posting is all truth and how I view the Remnant. Do not pose a question if you do not want replies.
"Anyone else agree or is it just me?" your words.
40k+ on a DGLFT is easy with 11 rounds. You seeing more sci-fi than me is conjecture. True or not you simply have no evidence for such a baseless claim.

Agree with what you say about the remnant. Yes the Observers CAN be a pain to some, but since they were adjusted recently i am now finding them easier to do deal with than before. There is a certain gap in their ability to fire now where you have ample opportunity to burn them down. If you cannot, then your weapon is not strong enough yet.In MP i love the observers the most.. as i reflect their incoming fire either right back at them, or... i deflect it onto another remnant mob entirely.. which is great fun!
Nullifiers indeed are pushovers.. that is one of the few remnant mobs i would make more difficult to kill .. marginally If you are going guns on them.. just strafing left and right mostly while shooting the exposed bit often kills them and they hardly fire when you side strafe a lot.

In all fairness I think your reply scores pretty high on the trolling meter.
Your post has 4 sentences:
1 Inflammatory remark
2 Double accusation
3 Double epeen
4 Inflammatory remark
Honestly...that's pretty grim for a post this short.

remnant have 1 less unit than the kett. Outlaws have the most active units. This is not tutoring it is discussion so let me state that right from the outset.
Due to having less units it makes sense to have the Observers as a floating sniper so to speak and yes agreed they should not be able to clip through walls but in the same way I as a player character should not also get stuck in or behind scenery either but I do. However I know what can happen so I adjust my strategy to suit. I bait the observer getting its attention but position myself in such a way that it has to break cover and come into the open to engage me I take on packs of 2 and 3 on silver and gold with a firm strategy but that is because I play the Asari duelist so mixing backlash with charge and cover on top of my lethal melee and twitch based burn downs with my gun I burn them down. It is not as easy on some other classes but still doable
no one is denying your skill when they state how they deal with them. It is just discussion about the remnant and everyone who plays regularly has their own opinion. Yes they do glitch a bit but on the whole they are not impossIble. They just require certain tactics to lead them into kill zones
Assemblers I feel are no more annoying than any usual kett or outlaw grunt in the way they stay in cover at times. In fact I have many times sneaked behind their lines and found an assembler or two facing the other way or facing a wall. It is as though they only see me once I shoot at them. That is just how their ai Is though. Their Breachers are annoying sure but I do find myself destroying those as they are being built mostly but if I see them in flight to a team mate I tend to shoot them to get their attention onto me instead. Then they die. Don't mess with a duelist๐ The 1.08 patch did beef up their salvo to be 4-9 shots and their damage was increased by 10% from their weapon, so it is no surprise that they will be seen to be much more annoying now.
Destroyers i I would like to see beefed up a little on health regeneration if they have assemblers near them as this would then give assemblers even more use than just being grunts who make Breachers. So put a few Assemblers near a destroyer and the destroyer then becomes harder to burn down. Forcing you to deal with the assemblers first. An answer and idea there think! Destroyers can be proper nasty however if you engage them in the field when there is other units about picking off your shields, but i would like definitely to see the assemblers working hand in hand with their mech powerhouse unit in order to keep it active. Too many times do i see people ignoring the smaller units and only focus firing on the destroyer.. so i think by giving the assemblers the ability to recharge Destroyer health and even possibly shields if they replenish health to 100% again then the destroyer will become much more the killing machine it was probably always meant to be.
So back to the observers. There was intense discussion a month or so back where people were complaining that once they locked on with their beam, that they were too nasty which no one could really disagree with, so in response they were patched so that they had a brief charge up time prior to attack and this has given many a window in which to react to their presence.. and deal with them accordingly. A well placed strong hit to their weak point can often knock them out of balance now. I've played and levelled 29/30 character classes to level 20 and I struggle more with observers on some classes but with the classes that i struggle more with observers on, i usually find i excel at killing other enemy types easier. A trade off perhaps. Thats where a good team comes in, especially on silver/golds.. and who knows platinum in future?
What I don't know is if the damage increases they displayed in the 1.08 patch (5% more dmg on bronze for all attacks, 10% for silver and 10% for gold) stacks with the assemblers increased damage of +10%.. but my guess would be 'probably'. This was I feel counterbalanced in many ways for the sheer number of dps/damage increases on many player weapons too, and lets no forget some of the signature skills getting beefed up too, so its no like it was all just enemy damage pimping.
So concluding this rather long post of mine (and I do like writing LONG posts.. you'll have to get used to that ๐ ) ... I like the Remnant, but I would love to see them get a new unit to join their ranks as i feel at the moment their strongest weapon is the ability to kill a players audio in the middle of wave 1 ๐
(edits were for spelling changes to correct the autocorrects my ipad did putting bleachers instead of breachers.) Actually perhaps that is what we need as a new remnant unit, a bleacher.. a unit that can Blind you for 3-5 seconds .. ouch.. that would be nasty in a fight!!!

@lexandro_Albion, Bandit loves to get into gaming prowess pissing matches. Ignore him.
A lot of what you describe sounds like lag.
Are these issues lessened when you are hosting? I notice a definite improvement on the Observer hitbox, and shots in general, when I am hosting.
You don't happen to have a Asus MoBo with ROG GameFirst installed? If so,uninstall it immediately.

Yes I have an Asus board but I dont use any apps for it, particularly so called "game boosters". They cause way to many issues overall, and some games just refuse to run with them enabled.
Some issues are likely lag induced, though some are issues in level crafting. For instance last night I had a match where a Kett unit jumped vertically through the firebase paradox roof. I immediately checked the point (as we killed it where it landed) and there is a seam in the model for the curved section to join to the main block. So methinks the unit saw the edge as viable and jumped to it. If the same kind of seam issue is present on another map it may well account for Nullifier wall shooting.
Other things are just code errors, as I have made the same mistakes myself a few times. As I said its not one thing, its the little things that stack up to make the AI behavior frustrating to combat on gold levels.
