[Steam] Game is Not Validating File When Launching

So I've been trying to fix this for 3 days now, or maybe 4 idk. point is every time i try to launch MELE through steam it just doesn't launch. it verifies the integrity of the files and then..... not...

Had the same problem.

So I tried everything possibly doable but nothing worked except repairing game library in settings>storage>(choose your game)>repair the library (it takes 2 seconds 🥲, I was trying all kinds of tweaks for 3 days now) and it should work.
