[Steam] Mass Effect 3 wont load or create a new game

Hey all :D Im unable to start a new game or load an existing save for Mass Effect 3 on Legendary Edition through steam. I can play Mass Effect 1 and 2 just fine. I had this problem like 3 years ag...

  • Follow this manual to the letter to cleanly uninstall all NVIDIA components.
  • Install the graphics driver > Go online.
  • Test.

Hey :D

Ive did it 3 times now following what it says and it still happens the same way. I can start Mass Effect 3 but whenever i load or start a new game, it goes to the loading screen, freezes, crashes then boots me back to the menu where you select which Mass Effect you want to play

    Please preform a clean boot and test the Game in clean boot mode.

    Preparation:
    - Make sure the "EABackgroundService" remains enabled under point 3 in the guide.
    - Make sure your virus scanner and other security software and also Afterburner and similar software is disabled.
    - Make sure any Razer/CORSAIR/ASUS software is disable or deinstalled and that your GPU & CPU are not overclocked.
    - Make sure only your Mouse and keyboard are connected to the PC (Disconnect any USB3 devices you might have!)
