[Steam] Mass Effect Legendary Edition will not launch
I purchased the game through Steam on September 20/24, downloaded the game on September 21/24, and tried to play the game on September 22/24. the EA launcher pops up a window stating "launching game" for 30 seconds, then another pop-up stating "preparing game" for another 30 seconds. Then nothing else happens after this. I first checked the game's integrity through Steam, and the result was "37005 files verified" with no issues. I checked my system specs to see if they were compatible (listed below), and they are. Then, I chatted with a support agent who ran me through some "ipconfig" reset procedures on the CMD screen. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the EA game launcher. Finally, I went to the file location and tried to open each application file as administrator. That is MELE, ME1, ME2, & ME3 individually. I get the same result after all of this the EA launcher has a pop-up for the "launching game", & "preparing game". I am still unable to get the game to launch at this point.
I would also like to add that I purchased Mass Effect Andromeda at the same time and that game works fine.
