[Steam] The Overlay doesn't work anymore after Launching Game

• Reinstalling the EA app.
• Trying to launch the game with the EA app running in the background or not.

Next steps to take:

Make sure both Steam and the EA app are up to date.
Ensure Mass Effect Legendary Edition is also fully updated.
