[Steam] Unable To Launch Mass Effect 3 Digital Deluxe Edition

I'm having this same issue now.  I cannot launch Mass Effect 3 N7 Digital Deluxe Edition from Steam.  I'm logged into EA through my browser, I have linked my account to my Steam account, but it keeps...
