Stuck on Checking Downloadable Content on PS3

Hey @funsizefae. There's a couple things that we can try that might help with this. First, try disconnecting your PS3 from the internet before you start up Mass Effect 3. That may allow you to get past this error when you start up the game. You should then be able to reconnect to the internet once you're past that message. 

Another possible workaround that I've seen help with this would be to uninstall and reinstall any DLC you've currently got installed for ME3. I've heard from a few people who said they were able to start up the game after reinstalling.

@EA_Kent Thanks so much for the quick reply. Turning the internet off did get me into the game, but once back on it did it again, so I'm currently reinstalling all of the DLC to see if that fixes things for good. Either way, at least I can play again 🙂

@EA_Kent So after uninstalling and reinstalling the content, I still can only play if I disconnect the internet beforehand. This is still a problem since I can't do any of the multiplayer features, but at least I can play some of the game. Hopefully, this can be fixed in the future.
