Stutter during some cutscenes

@gogborn Is it like slow motion stuttering?
Yes! It does look a bit like slow motion.
As if it's loading something else in the background, causing the framerate to drop.
- @gogborn do you favor framerates or quality?
I'm using Quality mode, however I tried switching to Performance mode and the same thing happens.
I think it must be an optimisation issue.
