T Pose error in Mass Effect 1 PC

Had an error in ME1.  To be specific: Mass Effect Legendary Edition, Mass Effect 1.

Femshep, Vanguard.  

On Eden Prime just after talking to Powel (smuggler) and trying to take on the two Geth that appear after that conversation.  While in the fight, I wanted to use throw on the second Geth and accidentally holstered my weapon.  I then tried to use Throw without drawing my weapon first.  Resulted in a T-Pose error for Shephard.  Check out the attached screenshot.
