Tactician didn't unlock

I have the medal, but the achievement didn't unlock.  My internet happened to drop right before I went over.   I've tried to get some more biotic combo kills and attempted to restart mass effect and clear local saved data(resyncing with the cloud).  It didn't work, the in game medal tracker is still showing it completed but the achievement isn't unlocked on xbox live.  Is there a way to do this/get it to rescan/resubmit the unlock?
