Tali holding invisible guns in Citadel shore leave DLC (ME3)
This Tali-exclusive issue was present in the original game as well, if I recall correctly.

If you are on a PC try to repair the game.
(Origin > Game Library > right click MELE > Repair)
(Steam > Game Library > right click at MELE > Properties > Local Files > Verify integrity of game files.)
I doubt repairing the game would do anything. This was a consistent error in the original ME3 for Xbox as well.
