It shows up at a camp west of the Cave. It is inside a Cargo Box. It does not highlight on my scanner but it does have that glowy blue outline showing its something I should be able to interact with. I will continue to try and find the rest. The Task/Quest does not tell me how far I am in the quest. It only says "scan weapon caches".

Think I am at the end of the quest, quest log says reach the nav point, SE portion of the map near the cannibals. When I reached it, it there is the typical orange quest marker, theres a bunch of crates there but I cant proceed. Tried shooting it, tried scanning it, standing on it, clicking on it, nothing works.

I'm at the same end point being directed to a nav point at some crates yet nothing is triggering. I can't use or scan anything.I have completed threel of the mission steps and this is the only one remaining.

I thought this quest was bugged too because I went to the locations indicated in the player's guide (all in the southeast corner of the map). But one of the caches was in the southwest corner of the map for me in an enemy camp.After finding that and getting the nav point near a bunch of large crates (southeast side of the map) there is a data pad on one of them that needs to be read which will trigger the last step of keeping the shuttle from leaving and eliminating the outlaws.Hope this helps. Also I did leave Kadara and returned after completing all the main missions.

Same problem here, end of the quest, have the "Reach the Navpoint" quest log , but I can't do anything else to complete the quest. With the Nomad shield mission bug, I'm at 99% of game completion. I found the initial one as well to start the quest and have never found another since. Funny I just finished this task/quest but now the exclamation point/icon in my journal just won't go away, now stuck there when you usually completed a mission even the exclamation point in my inventory (even after scrolling through all of it) has been stuck and never disappeared since I visited and explored Eos and sometimes the exclamation point disappears/reappears when my squad mates are auto-leveled up (even after I reload a saved game) [before and after patch 1.05]. And seems Kadara is the only planet I noticed has the most glitches and bugs on it and Eos has some.

I'm having the same exact issue! With the marker but can't interact with it. Wish they would design something where tasks can be deleted and then retried later. But I hope they fix it soon!

For those having this issue, was it your 2nd playthrough with the same character? I did 3 playthroughs, think the first one didnt have issues, the second playthrough I started the story all over again but with the same character,continued to level up, that was the game that I encountered this problem. My third playthrough I started from level 1 again. this time I was able to complete this quest.

if you reading this that's mean you have been searching this quest for hours and with no luck but hey i have the solution
after cleaning 3 location go to your ship check E-mail under title "Something Suspicious" check this like and do this quest

after you talk to her sister go to the ship because when you finish talking to her she tell you go to duck bay and when you go there the quest tell you go to ops and it will be loop so just go to your ship and scan the 3 location after scanning it will tell you go to kadara and go to this location

after cleaning this location all of them and scan the building both floors and docking area ,after that go to this location the one you already clear it and scan the box again

after scaling go to this location and do the same but forces because you need to read a pad there
