Still an issue after patch 1.05

Yep, they didn't fix it in this patch it seems. Bummer. I just encountered it. Auto save overwritten so I can't go back.

  also have this problem on PS4, already finished the related quests and scanned the plants, but Task: Running a fever wont pop up, i cant scan the plants again so i dont know how to solve this..
