On the XBOX One, and I am having the same issue, among other things.

quite frankly appalled that a quest this broken has managed to remain unfixed after this many patches... 3 months after release, and this quest remains broken... Unfortunately, EA/Bioware's track record does not exactly bode well. Mass effect 2 still contains bugs, 7 years after release.

    Same problem on pc, last patch.
    I have the game at 99%. can't obtain Task: Running a Fever.
    And the doctor is still asking if a look for a cure.. ☹️
