Task: Herbal Entrepreneurs doesn't let me take a plant sample

So, still bugged. I did notice however that if I stood right next to the plants after scanning them that the circle the shows next to things you can interact with did show up for a second, then immediately disappeared again. This only happened once, though. I reloaded several times and was not able to replicate it. It's been 4 months, Bioware. Maybe fix the broken stuff before adding useless * like a facial reconstructor.
