Months after release and it still doesn't show up as a task. All the dialog plays out like it is one, Ryder even says, "This could help that guy back at the Nexus refuge", but you don't get the ability to pick up a sample and quest never appears.
I just tested this on a new game and can confirm that "Running a fever" doesn't trigger. At least not when visiting the refugees first. I haven't tested it the other way by visiting the Herbal Entrepreneurs first.
Nearly 8 months and this quest remains bugged. Profoundly underwhelmed by the level of post-launch support for ME:A.
Well it is only a minor quest that never starts so doesn't count toward completeness. In fact people that are new to the game wouldn't know that a quest should have triggered there. Maybe it is fixed with the next patch or maybe they simply let it go away. After all there are more serious bugs to iron out than this.
