WAHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH . You are right! I REMEMBER! After Dragon Age: Inquistion I was sooooo pi ss ed cause they moved the developer to Andromeda. I was frigthend they will NOT make a new Dragon Age (4) or a nother DA:I DLC.
BUT: The fans and customers are nervous and frightend. Now it's a good moment for EA / Bioware to make a little note, like: "Fans: Everything is all right!"
Still: EA / Bioware treat their fans very bad ....

Dragon Age Inquisition sold very well though, and it was awarded Game of The Year so it was not a sinking boat like ME:A.
I totally agree with you that it is the right moment to reassure fans because the fire is spreading fast, i've seen like hundreds of post from concerned people on reddit/kotaku/twitter/forums.
This is really not the moment to stay silent on their part. If all this story is untrue just a word from them can debunk it.
The silence is scary.
