The Remnant Tiller: Reason for Glyphs

I'm a stickler for finding every secret I can while playing games. Some, however, stump me beyond belief. Such is the case of the four Glyphs found in the Vault during the Remnant Tiller quest. You can activate the console at the end of the Vault without needing the glyphs which means there must be a chest or another console hidden within the Vault in which the glyphs are used to open/unlock it. I've climbed over and under everything looking for this chest or console to no avail. Has anyone had any luck finding it? At this point, I'm honestly wondering if its just "Missing Content."

After activating 1 the console sunk into the floor and so did the others. The final door opened to reveal a console you can scan but had no use and a huge holographic wall of all the glyphs in the game. SAM says there is nothing of use left in the area. Still couldn't activate the console in the gravity well room though, it was still hidden in floor.
