Italian subtitles should be available, please let us know if you're not seeing them.
As for Italian dubbing I don't believe there's any plans to add this at the moment.

The subtitles are too small !!
At least, you MUST change the font's size. Else definetly we will NEVER buy the game at ANY price !!
Simply, you take a look to YOUR trailer's italian version. Use that size and font.

I totally agree with "The subtitles are too small !! " (and white color doesn't help).
Also you really should add italian dubs.

you MUST put, in the game, the possibility of TO PAUSE ALL the dialogue !! because we MUST have the possibility of understand the english dialogues BEFORE the english speech comes out !! I want understand all with my own timing.
Also i think that it is terrible that the NPC are not subbed !
You're totally right... Really! It can be an easier solution, but anyway without Italian dubbs.. It can't be a mass effect game!
