three missing engineers

Problem: Mission can't be completed (X57: Missing Engineers)

Hello,

in the above mentioned mission one has to find three missing engineers who are somewhere on the surface of the asteroid. I've found all three of them, however engineer C. Hymnes doesn't seem to register in my journal as found, even though I've interacted with the body and her message.

If I check my journal, it says "Found C. Hymnes" but the text remains orange and doesn't grey out like with the other two engineers.

I completed the main quest and reported to Simon. Sadly, I can only report about the other two bodies, not Hymnes'. This means I can't resolve the mission. I tried again after finishing the main quest on X57 but even after interacting with the body again, the problem remains.

This appears to be an old bug from the original game, but I haven't found a solution online yet. Any hints?
