Transfer ME2 DLC?

My version of ME2 is the original disk version.

The disks are getting a bit old and it can be problematic to install and play now. Problem is I have quite a lot of DLC associated with this disk version.

ME2 is free to download at present from origin...but will I be able to transfer all my current DLC from my disk version to this DL version?

With the Disc version you already own ME2 on Origin, you can redeem the CD key in Origin > (In Origin, menu top left corner > Origin > Redeem product code.)

Note: You must make sure you are logged in to Origin with the same BSN/EA/Origin account you purchased the DLCs with, then the DLCs will be in your game as well.

  • Thanks for the response Holger1405.

    Got things working great now.

Updated my existing (disk) installation through origin. Now I can launch without the disk! excellent.

All the DLC got associated with it after verifying EA account and rebooting.

Nice when things actually work out like that. So often they don't.

    Thanks once again. 🙂
