Tricky question about main quest 'Journey to Meridian' -spoiler-

I have also saved all the arks, but I did find out that without the bunch of pathfinders,

    If you don't convince Avitus to become the new pathfinder for the Turians he won't be there to support in the end fight and can't protect the Hyperion with the other pathfinders. Therefore Captain Dunn dies. You need all three additional Pathfinders to save her.
