Hi 1ofjokers, since I have had the same issue, I researched it a bit and found this info at social.bioware.com/page/account-help.I hope it helps you ( if you are still having this issue.)

A BioWare Social Network (BSN) account is an EA/Origin account. You may be using different accounts to log in to this site than you are using to log in to the game. This page can help you understand how to confirm this, and how to fix it.

You must log in to the BSN with the same account that you use to play Mass Effect 3 if you want to do the following things on the BioWare Social Network:

How to check your accounts: +expand

You can see if your BSN account is linked correctly to your EA/Origin account, or Xbox Gamertag or PSN Name that you play Mass Effect 3 with, on your registered game entitlements page.

Basically, if the Gamertag/PSN name or Origin ID listed on that page is what you play Mass Effect 3 with, you should be good to go and the game registration page should detect you have Mass Effect 3 correctly.

Check your BioWare Social Network Player Profile games tab to view your registered games and synchronized player profile for Mass Effect 3.

How to tell what EA/Origin account my Xbox 360/Playstation 3 is using? +expand

On console specifically, EA games (including Mass Effect 3) that have logins to EA servers will automatically detect an existing link between your console Gamertag/PSN name and an EA account from a previous game, and will log you in to that. This means that while you are automatically logged into an EA account playing that game (e.g. Mass Effect 3), it might not be connected to the EA/BSN account you use here - it may instead be connecting to an EA account created previously, perhaps when you first played another EA game on that console with that Gamertag/PSN name.

If you are not sure if you have a different EA/Origin account attached to your console Gamertag/PSN name - help.ea.com has some useful entries specifially around detecting this. Search for 'Account' related entries, such as this one: http://help.ea.com/article/linking-your-gamertag-psn-id-or-ea-classic-screen-name

How do I get my accounts properly associated? +expand

There are three solutions, depending on your situation and the desired outcome. Please review the following carefully before you contact EA Help.

    • For those who have and are playing Mass Effect 3 on other EA/Origin accounts - keep in mind that a BSN account is an EA/Origin account. So if you play Mass Effect 3 on a different EA/Origin account you can just login to the BSN and setup a BSN profile with the EA/Origin account you play with in order to post.

This is the easiest solution, and one you can start using immediately.

For some users that already have an established BSN account that you use to post, this solution may not work for you. Instead, consider the following two solutions.

    • For those with already established BSN accounts that you'd like to keep using on the BSN (2 options):
In general you will need to contact EA Help (http://help.ea.com/) and ask them to move your Mass Effect 3 related content (e.g. game ownership, CE items, DLC, etc.) from the EA/Origin account you play with, to the BSN account you want to post with.

      Carefully review your options below.

Also, be prepared to be able to confirm account ownership / security related questions on both accounts, for obvious reasons.

You may also need to ask EA Help (http://help.ea.com/) to change the link of the particular Gamertag/PSN name you play Mass Effect 3 with, from the EA/Origin account it is currently attached to, and link it to the EA/BSN account you'd like to post with.

OPTION 1 - Completely merging BSN and EA/Origin accounts (recommended):
Note that if you do this change, you should consider asking EA Help (http://help.ea.com/)to also transfer all other related content from any other EA console titles you also previously played using that Gamertag/PSN name, and move that to the BSN account you intend to post with; essentially, merging the accounts into one.
WARNING: If your EA / Origin account has been used to play Star Wars: The Old Republic, EA Help will not be able to merge your Star Wars: The Old Republic EA / Origin account into your BSN account.
