ugly and pixelated shadow in mass effect 1 and 2

in the citadel off mass effect 1 are many many terrible pixelated shadow in walls, floor than break inmersion for me. in mass effect 2 have the same issue. is any posible fix?

Can't install Mass Effect 2 or 3 on Xbox Series X
Just as the title says. Anytime I boot up the game and try to install the two, it hard crashes and reboots my Xbox.

ME LE wont connect
I have internet access, but it either gives me a 10005 or 10004 fault and tells me the app cannot reach the servers
