Unable to enter mako or interact with cccp luna 23 on luna

Landed on luna, exited mako by the cccp luna 23, can't interact with the debris or reenter the mako.  Tried reloading and retrying.  

Ps4 pro.  ME Legendary Edt.

    @thecatwhisperer Happened to me on PC version as well. solved by a quick save / quick load.
    That seems to work fine with other cases when after exit mako I can't interact with anything.
