Same issue on PC at the Nexus refugees was unable to heal the guy ie give the plant to the doc, but I fixed the com tower or whatever on the roof, everything including npc's becomes uninteractible when map markers dissapears at the Herbal Entrepreneurs after giving the UV Lamp so no backtracking to those guys to talk or pickup if anything is missed.
Well the completed task entry now includes a single sub task and the '!' has finally gone with 1.05. I still can't offer any medicine for the guy with the bite marks so there still seems to be something missing here.
Was this checking on a save where you already tried to do the mission and it glitched or is this a clean attempt at the mission from the start?
@zimary, this was on my existing save. I simply went back to the herbal guys' location to see if there were any further interactions or scans available after the patch, but there wan't anything new. I then went back to the building with the doctor trying to treat the guy with bite marks but the doctor still doesn't recognise that I have any herbs/medicines to offer.
I have the same bug as well as acouple others. What do we hear from EA? ....... Yep as I expected.
