There is no error report data about the games in the DxDiag.
Please preform a clean boot and test the Games in clean boot mode.
In clean boot:
- Make sure the "EABackgroundService" remains enabled under point 3 in the guide.
- Make sure your virus scanner and other security software and also Afterburner and similar software is disabled.
- Make sure any CORSAIR/Asus/Razer software is disable or deinstalled and that your GPU & CPU are not overclocked.
- Make sure only your Mouse and keyboard are connected to the PC

Hi @holger1405 ,
Thanks for your help so i tried a clean boot (deactivation of all NON Windows services except "EABackgroundService") and i have the same issue.
Then I also disabled my antivirus and Windows Defender and same issue...
And finally I configured new rules in the firewall to accept everything from these 2 programs and same issue...

Do you get any error messages.
What exactly happens if you start the games? Do they not start at all or do they crash?

@holger1405 : no that's a problem: i don't have any error message... it would be easier to troubleshoot with an error message.. :-(
When i click on these games to execute them, a new popup windows is displayed to indicate that the game is being launched, the EA App is minimized for a few seconds and then reappears...
In the task manager, i see a process for the game for a very short time and then it disappears... but absolutely no error message...
And in the Event Viewer, i don't see any error or event related to these executions...
