Unable to turn on subtitles

Hey,

I have Mass Effect legendary edition purchased on steam and  there are no subtitles during cutscenes and cinematics. Problem affects only ME3. I have tried different languages, font sizes, files validation and reinstalling the game but nothing worked.

Could I ask for a help?
