@jeezulf Gameplay wise, not a bug. There are specific people you need to talk with to complete those side missions. So if said person is expired. Then you won't be able to complete it.
As far as the UNC Missing Survey Team. You just need to keep exploring to find the planet it will trigger for.

- @jeezulf I was just lucky doing it the right way the first time. It's always been trial and error with the games. So in my replay if I messed up befotere. I do it another way in hopes to get it right.
