Vanguard/Adept Bonus Weapon training

I was playing my vanguard character profile after successfully completing Mass Effect 1 and Imported it to Mass Effect 2. I completed the saved game slot for the first Mass Effect back in March and hadn't played Mass Effect in a while and finally got to the Collector derilect and  it came up Bonus Weapon Training. You can pick from all three weapons, BUT CAN ONLY BE DONE ONCE!. I picked the AR training and am on my second play through of the completed file on imported to Mass effect 2 and sadly you can't aquire the Revenant AR or other weapons. But if you are a soldier you can claim all weapons after multiple playthroughs of the character. I have done it once before and is hard work but can easily take down any enemy in the game including those pesky Praetorians. This post is to quell the rumors that You can't get bonus weapon training.
