Very low FPS on Mass Effect 1 Legendary Edition

Windows is set to auto-update, and it's the latest available.
my laptop only has one GPU, the RTX 2060. OMEN 15 doesn't have integrated graphics somehow don't ask me why or how because I don't know.
I kinda find the fix for it. instead of just renaming the "igo64.exe", I also renamed any files that started with "igo".
so that's:
- IGO32.dll -> IGO32.dll.DEAC
- igo64.dll -> igo64.dll.DEAC
- igoproxy.exe -> igoproxy.exe.DEAC
- igoproxy64.exe -> igoproxy64.exe.DEAC

@KevinTitoA For the overlay problem, try renaming igo64.exe (which runs the in-game overlay) to something else. It should be in Program Files (x86)\Origin.

For the issue itself, please run a dxdiag and attach it to a post.

I found this error on dxdiag. RADAR_PRE_LEAK_64. when I google what it is and someone says "RADAR is Microsoft's Memory Leak Detector so that error indicates an App/program is not properly handling memory."

also, I renamed the in-game overlay. it works in terms I don't have in-game overlay anymore, but the fps is still low.

I tried running the game on borderless too, no dice.

Please try the following, testing the game after each:

Download and install all available Windows Updates

In the NVIDIA control panel, reset the default GPU settings

Perform a "clean" reinstall of your video drivers, the 'clean' option is available via advanced install.
