Warranty

Its been 2 days since i spoke with customer service about my shipment and was told i would receive an email shortly from the warranty department concerning my shipment and still havent heard from them. im thinking if this is how ea is treating their customers i may boycott their products, even though i really enjoy their games. getting tired of the run araound. anyone else having this problem?
