Weapons graphics glitch

For some reason when equipping/modding weapons in single player there is no arrows to click on either side of the weapon. There is clearly a button on the sides because if I repeatedly click and guess where the button would be the weapon does change. However this glich/bug is pretty annoying because I cannot equip any mods to my weapons and it is hard to guess where the button is to pick weapons. The interface works in multiplayer but doesn't work in singleplayer.

I have attempted to repair the game, reinstall the game, restart the origin client, and restart my computer. Nothing appears to fix this issue.
