What about the grab glitch?

I would like to speak about a known glitch that is described on one of ME3's Wiki pages. The fact that it was known on the Wiki page and not fixed seems unsettling to me. I would think that they have someone monitoring the pages for edits such as this, but I can give EA the benefit of the doubt and assume that they've been busy fixing other issues and maintaining the ME3 Galaxy at War servers, which is a full-time, attention-drawing task.
Regardless, the glitch is where, as stated above you try to grab an opponent and instead of the grab initiating the opponent becomes intangible. When I ran into this glitch, it was a Geth Hunter (Oh the horrer! An intangible Geth Hunter!?!? (Joking...)) that seemed a bit too far away for a grab, but the fist showed up anyway. Upon trying to grab the opponent, it stayed in the same spot, and I continued trying to grab it and the function clearly was not working. I then proceed to get up and start shooting at it. After seeing my bullets fly strait through, I knew what was going on (I had actually ready the Wiki article BEFORE this happened, by mere chance...).
The Wiki page suggested just waiting untill the charactor falls off the map. The problem was that the character was not ingangible to the ground or barriors such as those in Firebase Dagger's rim. I was able to discover that force-based attacks can move it, such as your missle launcher, but I was playing a Quarian Marksman, so there was nothing I could do and I couldn't contact the other player...
One thing I noticed was that the Geth Hunter was stuck facing the same position, but was still able to move, fire, and melee (In case you want the direction, it was in Firebase Dagger and the direction would be the same as if you were in the circular room facing the hallway.). Its attacks could still hit you, but you can't do much to it.
The only other option if for the group leader to leave, which will restart the entire wave. Sadly though, if your group leader doesn't want to do this, doesn't know to do this and you can't communicate with him/her, or you are going alone, you have a problem. I was the middle one...
I tried searching all of the glitches I've seen in the game so far and either 1) bringing them to EA's attention, or 2) finding out what they're doing about the glitch. If there's ever anything I can do at my end to help, never hesitate to ask. I'll do whatever I can to help. Thank you very much for your time.
