What roles you expect for Quarian Ark races?

They won't kill them off, it'll be a bit like the Asari Ark mission where some die, but most survive.

I'm guessing Geth stowaways are the "enemy", and we'll end up brokering some kind of peace or they'll fleet off of the Ark.

Ryder does a big miss step on one of her/his missions and nearly everybody of the crew dies but then a wormhole opens and the quarian apear and safe everybody and ryder then helps the quarian to bring their whole arc through that wormhole... with singleplayer power of endless hope and if they didnt die they are still alive.

The Geth would not follow them out of the galaxy. That was made abundantly clear in the trilogy. It serves no purpose and they would never take interest in something like that.

My bet is either the Kett or an entirely new faction.

Or the scourge which is the obvious conclusion since it hit them all at one time or another.

True, unless they had to crash land in the middle of hostile territory. Or sent a team down to their supposed new home planet like the human ark did. So many possibilities!

If they did go down we could have an entirely new planet to explore! The vault could be disconnected from Meridian or anything,

This is not even speculation more like wishful thinking...   the Quarian Ark was evidently delayed due to some complications...  There's no mention for how long, so I am assuming it was delayed around 2 years...  So after the reaper war, Tali was appointed Admiral of the Quarian expedition Ark Keelah Si'yah. Being the most famous Quarian the other admirals saw her as a threat to their political aspirations and wanted to get rid of her.  Shepard survived and was really unhappy that his decision led to the deaths of EDI and the Geth, Tali thought he needed a fresh start and persuaded him to join her journey to Andromeda. Since there no shepard without vakarian he kind of tagged along since he didnt want to be the next prime-arch.  Liara is disappointed that the prothean race is nothing like what she thought they were, disillusioned she decided to leave and to visit her friend alec ryder and secretly she wanted to just be with shep regardless of his romance status. Oh and PeeBee's Elcor dad tagged along too, just because he can. Since Bioware like to re-use their concepts and storylines(eg similarities between the kett and collectors).  MEA2's opening scene will be similar to ME2, but instead of collectors destroying Normandy, the Tempest was destroyed by the Kett flagship whilst they were having a movie night.  Most evacuated except Ryder, didnt make it in time as he tripped on all of PeeBee's junk blocking the route to the escape pod.  Miranda's not around so no Lazarus project, Shepard took over as Pathfinder as he's the first human spectre and the most qualified.

Yeah except it's clearly stated in-game that we got our scans of Andromeda from the Geth.  Obviously they do have some interest in it.  

Then when you considered the fact that the Remnant/hyper advanced technology is there, they are far more likely to be interested.  

My theory right now is that the Geth were scanning Andromeda to find other life like themselves - and they did.  There is A.I. and V.I. 'lifeforms' in Andromeda.  Considering the Geth have an internal existential crisis going on - in regards to their status as a living thing - it makes perfect sense they would want to leave and find something more akin to themselves.

That is an interesting theory.

I would still expect them to show up neutral or even as friendly forces.

The Geth don't attack fleeing enemies and act solely in self defense.

With everyone in stasis on the Ark,there wouldn't have been a conflict.

It would be interesting to see how this played out but the writers could really trample the lore pretty easily.
