I'm having the same problem. I tried to redownload origin and it kept on giving me errors (for the latest version). As far as I've seen online, that's the only place that can give access to the ME3 MP DLCs... I really want to be able to play with my friends and also matchmake efficiently..... I hope this gets solved soon.

Community Manager@HxZsaZsa @privichka Can you provide screenshots showing that the EA app shows no DLC for you to download?
Do you have the base game downloaded in the EA app or Steam? I have tested it on both, and even installed in Steam only, the EA app version shows me all downloadable content I can download.
