Where can i buy/download DLC for ME3?

Hi All I decided to play ME3 again but i really wanted to play the Citadel DLC, but the only way i can see to get it is to buy the whole Legendary edition, but i already own all 3 games and don't wa...

I've not managed to test it yet, busy week and I want to finish my ME2 playthrough before I do a full purge of the EA files on my system
