Your post gave me a quiet moment today (which is rare during a launch week, especially when you launch a game like Battlefield 4) and I really appreciate it that you decided to share your story here.

I did a quick search on internet on how to get in contact with EA to say thanks for a great customer service experience and I stumbled on this post.
I was helped in my issue on a totally other game but by the same person, Manoj of customer support.
He did an amazing job, was polite, and got my issue resolved even though i got lost my connection to internet at some point.
With all the negative feedback people always want to give, and EA has its critics but i wanted to say that EA and (mostly) Manoj @ the customer service was awesome, so good job and thanks for being understanding!
If you can forward this to the relevant person, their manager, it would be appreicated!

I also just had a great experience with Akshaya C.EA Help on this account, which will not be used after this post/reply as this was a forgotten old account that I no longer use, but the help she provided happened under this account hence posting under it. Hands down she was the best customer service rep I have EVER encountered. The survey automatically closed when I hit end chat sadly. I want to provide this feedback for her. She is a true ASSET to your support staff. Thank you.
