So here's my question if this is infact a legendary edition with all the bells and whistles then where is my dragon age origins inspired armour set?
All of the ME2 DLC gear (minus the recon hood) are now purchasable items from vendors.
The blood dragon armor, specifically, can be purchased on Omega.

They posted that to make the game DLC items feel more organically tied in with the game, they were dispersed throughout the game as quest rewards, shop items and found items. This was done for both ME2 and ME3 making it harder to get all the special weapons, but also not just having a weapons dump early in both games making it too easy or unbalanced. I kinda agree with this decision, but I also kinda liked having the choice early to use or not use certain guns based on how many times I have gone through the game......I also miss the Incisor Sniper Rifle for my companions, it actually makes them effective with their guns for a change...
